Zygology and Masterfix
The decision by Stanley to move the UK distribution warehouse back to the Masterfix head office and distribution warehouse in Born, Netherlands made good financial sense, but unfortunately customers in the UK soon became aware that the speed of service had deteriorated and transport costs increased. As speed of service is essential in this industry something had to be done. In order to improve the availability of Masterfix products to distribution customers, Zygology Ltd was appointed as the sales and distribution centre for Masterfix fasteners, tooling and tool spares for the in the UK. An extensive range of fasteners from across the range are held along with the entire hand and power tool range. This means that Masterfix is once again available to UK customers on a next day delivery. Masterfix fasteners are ideal for the distribution industry as both small boxes with just 250 or fewer parts are available as well as large bulk packages for volume users.
The range of rivets covers sizes from 2.4 to 6.5 mm diameters in materials which include aluminium, Steel stainless steel and copper. Rivet styles include standard open rivets, multi-grip, closed end, peel, grooved, tri-lobe, hammer and high strength styles all with a various head forms possible.
Rivet nuts come in various styles in thread sizes from M3 to M12 and materials which include aluminium, steel and A2 or A4 stainless steel. Rivet nut studs and rubber nuts are also available from stock.
Installation equipment is also well catered for with all models of hand and power tools held in stock along with consumables and spare parts. As an added benefit Zygology can undertake the service and repair of Masterfix tools meaning distributors can sell Masterfix tooling safe in the knowledge that if service is required Zygology is there to support them.
