A variable timed interval from 0.01 seconds to 31 seconds allows for dispensing from microdot deposits to large potting and filling. Adjustable barrel suck-back ensures control of the dripping associated with dispensing of low viscosity materials.
The JB1113N's high speed control of up to 600+ cycles per minute with excellent repeat tolerances, makes it an excellent choice for dispensing a wide range of assembly materials such as solder paste, masking materials, potting materials, encapsulants, UV curable materials, silicones, oils and adhesives, solvents, greases, liquid gasket material, RTVs and many more – in beads or timed shots.
All set up hoses and fittings, along with barrels and tips, are included, making the unit ready to use out of the box with AC power and a clean compressed air supply.
