The P-Dot Dispensing Valve can dispense dots, beads and lines, as well as filled products with the size of the dispensing droplets adjustable from 0.3mm to 5mm in diameter at frequencies of up to 150 times per second, which allows reduced cycle times and increased output and productivity. With the ability to dispense from up to 10mm away, process issues due to parts and/or fixture tolerances can be solved by using this contact-less dispensing technology.
