In addition to this, Scott Bader will also be showcasing its even faster, sub- three minute curing, new Crestabond® M1-02 primer-less structural adhesive grade which has been added to the range for high volume assembly of metal, plastic and composite components.
Crestabond® M1-02, is now the fastest curing 10:1 ratio grade option available and has been developed for higher volume assembly of smaller parts, which must be ready to handle in under three minutes for cost effective productivity. This is an addition to the current range of Crestabond® products, all grades of which are suitable for bonding a wide range of metal, plastic and composite substrates.
Stand visitors will be also be able to ask about suitable applications and obtain technical information about the range of Crestomer® urethane acrylate based structural adhesives, which have been used extensively for over 35 years for demanding marine, transportation and building applications for structurally bonding FRP composites, wood, aluminium and stainless steel.
Both the Crestabond and Crestomer ranges have been developed in-house by Scott Bader to give design engineers and manufacturers reliable, high performance options for structural bonding and gap-filling. All adhesive grades are extensively tested by the Scott Bader R & D team and proven in use by leading OEMs around the world.
