GBK took the decision to accelerate the process and be reassessed during 2017. Engaging the assistance of our original consultants 'Hatton Parkinson Associates' the complete project has been scoped, designed and implemented in a very efficient & timely manner.
As well as increased focus on business processes and monitoring through the use of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) the company also took the opportunity to change the QMS to a 'flow chart' based system which has allowed simplification with additional focus.
This important change within the business ensures we are well placed for further key announcements and improvement during 2018.
