Fork rod ends suit food and pharmaceutical machinery

Fork style rod series are proving an ideal method of transmitting linear control or actuation.

In the case of the FJT from Elesa, they are resistant to continuous washing cycles with solvents and detergents, so they are suited for example, to applications in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

These new fork rod ends are available in M6 to M14 sizes, manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyamide based polymer. This ensures low weight and good stiffness, as well as low noise and good shock absorbing characteristics. Typical applications are expected to include pneumatic actuator systems, print machines, light mobile equipment, HVAC flap and valve controls and machine guarding activation.
