FISNAR F5200N: VERSATILE, COST EFFECTIVE BENCHTOP OR GANTRY DISPENSING ROBOT
With low cost robotics playing a significant part in cost-reduced/quality-upgraded small scale assembly, the new Fisnar F5200N dispensing robot has application in many industries, especially as it has the ability to be used as a gantry as well as a benchtop system. It is a compact device with all moving axes above the 200mm x 200mm working area.
The Fisnar F5200N is ideal for form-in-place gaskets, adhesives, potting, coating and filling, with continuous path and point-to-point motion. The design makes it suitable for any platform requiring a gantry type mounting providing open access under the robot, conveyor-aided automation or installation in work cells operating as a slave machine.
The F5200N features 100 on-board programs, each with 4,000 point capacity. Programming is carried out simply by use of the teach pendant included with the robot.
