As well as an opportunity to present their tried and tested sealants and putties, the show will also see them promote and launch their brand new Hy-Spec range. The newly-developed HY-SPEC sealant range includes HygieneSeal, CrystalSeal, Seal&Bond and PowerBond: brand new, high quality, all-purpose, highly weather-resistant sealants.
What can you expect from this range?
CrystalSeal – general purpose bonding and sealing material.
CrystalSeal offers outstanding performance across a wide variety of industrial applications. It has excellent adhesion to glass, timber, metal, brickwork, most plastics and concrete, and does not normally require a primer.
Seal&Bond – highly flexible for sealing between dissimilar materials.
Seal&Bond is a one part, highly elastic sealant and adhesive, based on Hy-Spec hybrid technology, with very high strength and superior extension. It is both a highly flexible sealant (with movement accommodation +/- 20%) and a very strong adhesive (with tensile strength 2,5 N/mm2).
PowerBond – high strength rigid adhesive for bonding applications.
PowerBond is a neutral cure, high modulus, solvent-free, on- part, moisture cure adhesive, based on Hy-Spec hybrid technology. It has very high ultimate strength with a high initial grab.
HygieneSeal – excellent adhesion is achieved to most substrates
HygieneSeal is a one part, neutral cure adhesive and sealant, based on Hy-Spec hybrid technology. It contains BioCote silver antimicrobial technology to preserve the product and prevent degradation caused by microbial growth. BioCote technology is proven to be effective against all common microbes, including bacteria and mould.
