Placed in the secondary panel, ready to receive the connecting self tapping screw from the first surface of the primary panel the product has two key features which eliminate the possibility of water passing from the primary panel surface, through the requisite holes and into the interior of the structure, these are;
1/ Blind hole in the component, ensuring no leak path exists through the product
2/ Sealing washer under the head of the product, ensuring no leak path exists under the head and through the panel hole to the interior
