Advanced fastening thread-forming technology and prognosis software to be showcased at Silverstone exhibition
EJOT UK's engineering team will be exhibiting at the FAST Exhibition later this month at the event's newly appointed Silverstone venue.
Taking place at the The Silverstone Wing, Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TN on Wednesday April 22nd, FAST will provide a platform for the local and national manufacturers, engineers and their suppliers to meet, learn, solve problems and develop business ideas.
EJOT's UK based Application Engineers will use the exhibition to showcase the company's product portfolio which includes advanced fastening systems for light weight thin sheet metals through to cast metals, alloys and thermo plastics. EJOT's fastening technology is engineered to eliminate unnecessary assembly components, reduce inspection, simplify inventory management whilst create a higher strength joint.
New products also include the E-connectivity fastener; a high strength self-piercing screw that maintains conductivity through bonded metal sheets.
In addition to EJOT's fastening solutions, the Group's unique prognosis software will be available to demonstrate. Programs such as DeltaCalc and AltraCalc can provide highly accurate development forecasting – often saving substantial funds allocated to the testing phase of development.
EJOT UK is part of the German owned EJOT Holdings. The Group's engineering fasteners can be found in a multitude of assemblies worldwide, notably those in the automotive, pharmaceutical and domestic appliance sectors.
The FAST Exhibition will open be open from 8.30am until 2.30pm and the EJOT team will be manning Stand Number 32.
