Compression lock designed for padlocking

The innovative design provides better grip ability and increased security and seal, allowing the compression lock to be closed with a single gloved hand. Most importantly the compression lock can be locked with a single gloved hand. The handle operates by turning through 180 degrees while the latch bar turns 90 degrees, facilitating more flexibility in fitting locations and options. The new padlock is part of the OnSyte range and has undergone vigorous testing, including 96 hours of salt spray testing as well as accelerated life cycle testing of over 25,000 cycles. Another feature is that the new compression lock fits in any standard cut out meaning it can be retrofitted, the company claims. The product comes in a sleek black zinc finish and a wide choice of colours is available so that the lock can either stand out or blend into the design.
