The team will be using NORMAQUICK PS3 quick connectors in the two electric motors and the cooling system of its formula racing car. The electric-powered car will be participating in the race of the international design competition Formula Student, in which UK students also do battle.

In addition, each kilogram less is of high value in motorsport. Therefore, we are always interested in cutting weight – this can be achieved extremely well with the weight-reduced products from NORMA Group.”
In the Formula Student, teams of students from international universities compete against each other. The aim of the competition is to develop and manufacture a Formula racing car that meets the highest demands, in terms of driving dynamics, racing prowess and energy efficiency.
