Owlett-Jaton has secured a deal with Selco, one of the UK's largest builders merchants, to supply its range of fasteners and fixings. Selco is continuing to expand its branch network with the recent launch of its Isleworth location and another scheduled to be opened in Redhill.
Owlett-Jaton, part of the Hexstone Group boasts a comprehensive range of more than 30,000 products available for next-day delivery and was chosen due to its long-standing reputation in the construction industry, a company statement announced.
Owlett-Jaton is claimed to be a leading supplier of fasteners and fixings to the distributor and merchant trade in the UK and is now supplying Selco its range of pre-packaged nails, screws and bolts across the merchants 35 branches in the country.
Andy Connor, national commercial manager at Owlett-Jaton, said: "We are extremely proud to have Selco stock our products in a time of prosperity for the company. It is a brand that is synonymous with quality and high performance and we are delighted to have their network of branches supplying our products.
"We are also continuing to grow as a company, having recently invested £250,000 into a warehouse picking system, and our contract with Selco signifies this growth. This deal reiterates Owlett-Jaton's position as the leading supplier of fasteners and fixings in the UK," Connor added.
