A company announcement said that SFC would continue to operate independently from its existing premises in Totnes, Devon under the management of Peter Boote. A communique from IS Group managing director stated: "We would like to provide [customers] with assurances that we will be working closely with the SFC team in the support of customers and key partners to ensure that high levels of customer service and support are maintained." SFC has been a supplier to industry with engineered solutions to fastening problems since 1991, as both a manufacturer and distributor. The company has built itself a reputation for quality and technical knowledge.
