German foam tape supplier sets up in UK

The German manufacturer of impregnated foam tapes, ISO-Chemie, has established offices in the United Kingdom - in Ebchester, Durham.

"The company will be promoting, marketing, and distributing its ranges of high-performance sealing tapes that are suited to applications in the contruction industry", explains UK general manager Peter Thompson. "They can be used to fill expansion joints between brickwork or sections of prefabricated concrete structures. Once installed, they ensure that a building is better protected from wind, dust, and moisture ingress by accommodating the changes in structural movement caused by environmental, structural, and settlement factors." ISO-Chemie was established in 1977. Its products are manufactured from polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyurethane.
