Just by inserting a nut or a screw, you transform the recently released Plastimont into a handwheel or knob. The product is compatible with a plethora of materials including steel, stainless steel, brass and nylon.
The Plastimont body is stain resistant, light and insulating and provides a good alternative to overmoulded products. The standard nylon version is resistant to various chemical products, has excellent mechanical properties including wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high melting point good impact resistance and is also very light. The working temperature range is -30 to +100°C.

The bodies are available in two versions: type CO 251 comes in M4 or M5 28mm diameter; and the CO 251 version with M5 or M6 31mm diameter. Bülte claims that the body's ergonomic shape with small grooves allow a good grip. Both versions are supplied with a cover for a perfect finish. A range of colours including white, red, yellow and blue is currently available.
