Fast bonding of plastics to metal
Intertronics has introduced an LED prime UVA high-intensity spot curing system and specially formulated LED-curable adhesives, which allow ultra-fast cures for a variety of plastics and metals common in manufacturing assembly.
The Dymax BlueWave BlueWave LED system gives the convenience of no bulbs to change, cool cures, no warm-up and constant high intensity. Together with perfectly matched adhesives such as DYMAX 3094, excellent bonding of glass, PC, PVC, polyester, acrylic and metals can be achieved, with a fixture time of 0.2 seconds and tack free cure in less than 30 seconds.
