Diamond cut knurled knobs improve tactile control
Elesa has upgraded its ubiquitous MBT series knurled knobs with a diamond cut design to improve tactile control enabling fine operation of machines, instruments and the like. The knobs are available in sizes from large – 70mm diameter – down to small at 31mm and can be supplied as male or female versions.
The fine pitch designed diamond knurling on the outside rim of the knob allows a safe and comfortable grip, offering the user the possibility of operating under the most difficult working conditions in a sensitive and ergonomic way, while simplifying the adjustment of the knob during rapid rotation without any awkward angular movement for the hand or wrist.
The products are manufactured in high-resilience polypropylene based technopolymer which is resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemical agents. Colour indexing in the centre boss of the knob is also available to code with machine colour schemes or to identify functionality.
