A B2B account and business development manager, Dickinson’s comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing and packaging industry will help reinforce the company’s mission to continue making a measurable contribution to the drive for innovation in British industry.
After leaving college in 2003, Dickinson worked for Zurich Financial Service before joining The Adhesive Company, a distributor of hot melt and aqueous adhesives, in December 2005. Here, he became UK sales manager in the space of three years and was responsible for implementing new business across the UK, Ireland and Egypt, developing a strong technical bias in adhesive material composition and production machinery.
In his spare time, he is keen cricket supporter and currently 1st team captain and club captain at Marlborough Cricket Club, an English Cricket Board Qualified Level 2 Cricket Coach and a certified sports coach. Dickinson is looking forward to developing his new role at tesa, saying: “I set myself many goals and achieving my coaching qualifications was one of the highlights. I see my role at tesa as another challenge and hope that I will be a good all-rounder.”
